Carey Wallace, the founder of AgencyFocus, an independent insurance agency consulting organization. She has worked in the insurance industry for the last 15 years and with entrepreneurial small businesses for her entire career. During that time, she developed business consulting services to ensure that agencies have the information and support they need to plan for future of their agency. Carey has worked with hundreds of agencies to help them understand their agency’s value, set and achieve strategic goals, implement growth plans, and build agencies that are well-positioned for the future. Her education is from West Virginia University with a BS in Finance & Business Administration and she is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).

Colby Allen is a consultant with AgencyFocus who has over 10 years of industry experience in finance, operations, and analytics working with agencies and carriers. During that time he worked to build and refine agency finance and operational reporting processes as well as assist in acquisitions to plan and support revenue reconciliations and book of business rolls for acquired agencies. He has also worked with a regional and national agency building an analytics platform to provide insights into producer performance which was used to enhance new business sales, revenue retention, and monitoring of new producers in the validation process. He attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he earned a B.S. in Insurance & Risk Management with a Minor in Finance, an M.B.A. in Finance Operations, as well as industry certifications including the AIDA, ARM, and CXAP.
